Slender blue palm trees sway in the musky wind, as oil of vetiver stirs under a canopy of white flowers. Swallows wildly sweep across the leather, skimming over the ground. They follow an apogee of iris, beneath a shower of ylang-ylang. Fragrances waft through the tiny streets offering a glimpse of orange trees blooming through the ramparts. A burnous cloak of amaranthus makes its way along a path of pepper and ginger to the medina gates, where cypresses stand guard before the exquisite ogival arches and arabesque doorways. An indigo city, an imperial city, an ancient city looms like a mirage of leathery iris: Moroccan Leather.

Memo Paris was founded in 2007 by Clara Molloy and her husband John. They see fragrance as a journey, forging its identity around magical destinations and potent raw materials. This desire for travels to far-off places and encounters is the very reflection of the founding couples: she the Parisian-Catalan poet, he the sporty Irish globetrotter.
Through four collections, Memo recharts the map of a sensory world steeped in emotion, revisited with fragrances, ingredients and sensations. The motto: ‘The journey is the destination’
“Les Échappées” - a collection of six mooring points leading from chic and Bohemian Paris to the heart of Burma.
"Cuirs Nomades" explores the leather note through six emblematic destinations, from Africa to Italy.
"Graines Vagabondes" sows the scent of natural seeds like sesame, still a rarity in perfumery.
And "Art Land" pays tribute to mysterious territories transformed by the artistic hand of humankind.
