RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - SHIPPING
Alrossa offers free shipping for all Order over $30. No matter how heavy, we will ship it free, period.
WE WILL SHIP ALL ORDERS WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS IF NOT SAME DAY.
We use USPS and FedEx. For orders shipped USPS, if you provided a valid email address during checkout, you will receive an email from USPS when your order has been shipped. Included with the email will be a link for the delivery confirmation service included. Please note that this is NOT tracking information and the USPS site has been known to be slow to update. If you received an email, rest assured your package has been shipped.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Many of the products offered by Alrossa.com include warranties offered by their individual manufacturers/distributors. All items in need of warranty support are the responsibility of the manufacturer/distributor, as specified in the conditions and time period set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty. Alrossa.com will assist you in any way possible to obtain service from any manufacturer, however WCS is not liable in the event of the failure of the manufacturer/distributor to perform warranty service.
RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you wish to return your merchandise, please contact us for an exchange or refund within 365 days of purchase. Merchandise can be returned only in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, same condition as sold, with tamper-proof seals unbroken if present, with all literature and factory seals in place. All returns must be pre-approved by a representative of Alrossa.com via phone or email. Refunds for returned items will be paid in full, less shipping, within 7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. All orders returned within 60 days will receive refund via original payment method. If it is over 60 days we will issue store credit or check. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Alrossa.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
